Shipment processing time
Orders for catalog items are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders can take 7-10 business days depending upon the type of item and amount of customization requested.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any changes, such as delays, will be communicated by email to the email address on the order.

Handling Charge
We do not charge a handling fee to process an order. You only pay the carrier shipping rate selected.
Re-Stocking Fee
We do not charge a re-stocking fee for returned items.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Crystals in Copper is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Crystals in Copper is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at CrystalsinCopper@yahoo.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Items may be returned for any reason either for a refund or an exchange ( minus original shipping cost) by emailing us at CrystalsinCopper@yahoo.com (please put RETURN in subject line). If an exchange is requested and we do not have a replacement item available you will be issued a refund (minus original shipping cost) Returns/refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). We will pay the cost of the return postage and a printable postage-paid return label will be sent via email for your use. Please pack item(s) securely for return.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days upon our receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund amount to post with your payment provider.

About Crystals in Copper
We design and make handcrafted jewelry utilizing Copper and gemstones. We use Parawire© copper wire which has a thin enamel coating and provides excellent tarnish resistance to our pieces. Our pieces are individually made and many are one-of-a-kind creations. We also welcome inquiries for custom creations and ideas for future designs.
