You have 30 days upon receipt of your item to request a refund or exchange.

Re-Stocking Fee

We do not charge a re-stocking fee for returned items.

Items may be returned for any reason either for a refund or an exchange ( minus original shipping cost) by emailing us at CrystalsinCopper@yahoo.com (please put RETURN in subject line). If an exchange is requested and we do not have a replacement item available you will be issued a refund (minus original shipping cost) Returns/refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). We will pay the cost of the return postage and a printable postage-paid return label will be sent via email for your use. Please pack item(s) securely for return.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days upon our receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund amount to post with your payment provider.
